The purpose of this site

This is a private, informational guide with no government connection. It does not store official jail, booking, court, or custody records, and it cannot confirm a person’s custody, obtain a record, release anyone, or file documents for a visitor.

The site points visitors toward public records resources for Butler County and Missouri and may provide access to third-party research tools. Those sources remain separate from this site and set their own terms and results.

Permitted use

• A decision to hire, fire, promote, or discipline someone.
• Tenant, housing, or rental screening.
• A determination about creditworthiness or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permit, government-program, or benefit eligibility.
• Any other purpose governed by the FCRA or a comparable consumer-reporting rule.

External resources

The site may link to official county and state pages, court portals, jail or corrections resources, federal locators, legal information, news coverage, and outside search services. A link is provided for convenience, not as an endorsement. We do not control or guarantee an outside site’s content, availability, security, data practices, or terms of use.
